At Divano, we want you to love your home. If your furniture piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient home collection time; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
