How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Once your order is processed, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Do you offer a warranty on your sofas?
Yes, all Divano sofas come with a 10-year structural warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on cushions and upholstery against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do you provide fabric swatches?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our website to help you visualize how our materials look and feel in your home lighting.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Most of our larger pieces are delivered via our White Glove service, which includes full assembly and packaging removal. For smaller items, simple instructions and all necessary tools are included in the box.
